My appointment with Mrs. Galan was pleasant & purposeful. She was caring and attentive just like her dad & the her assistant Molly is always a pleasure. Everything went well until the end of my appointment when I waited over 45 minutes for my prescription, only to find out the Doctor who I was told had to sign off on them , been left the building and my prescriptions were already called into my neighborhood pharmacy. This is actually the second time something like this has happened. Although the front desk staff were very apologetic, it's a rather frustrating ordeal to be waiting for Nothing, while in excruciating pain.
