Marissa was very knowledgeable about the treatment plan she discussed with me. Originally I had seen her father, but I was very satisfied with her mannerisms and her level of professionalism. I could tell that she honestly cares about this career choice in this particular field of study! My only disappointment on this visit was the amount of time that it takes to be seen by the administrative staff. This visit and the waiting time hasn't improved at all since my last visit. I overheard others chatting and I could tell that this was going to be a long miserable day because they'd mentioned that they had been waiting for over 30 mins already. So their complaints were
the same as mine; hence my 4 star rating instead of a 5 star

I am in excruciating pain as a result of 5 spinal surgeries, spinal stenosis, arthritis and a rapid weight gain. I just wish the practice could be more helpful when it comes to my pain level. I receive nothing for breakthrough pain, and feel like I should be able to get get something for when my pain is above an 8.
